So Rohan is a cheating jerk with a Stand (basically his Persona for those non-canon familiar) called Heaven's Door. This is a full list of its powers, but basically its key functions are:

1) letting him "read" people's experiences -- their memories, their names, etc.

2) letting him "write" on those pages, allowing him to create new memories or give commands (like "I will not attack Kishibe Rohan" will stop them from attacking him, directly or indirectly).

If he takes enough interest in someone he's likely to do 1 with them. In Principals it'll obviously be powercapped quite a bit, so the most he's likely to get will be bare passages or a few words here and there; more like a bullet-list than a comprehensive look at their life. With 2 the commands can be more like vague suggestions, so like with "I will not attack Kishibe Rohan" the character will feel less inclined to hurt him, but would still be able to do it.

He can also remove memories by taking out "pages" but this is something I will only do in special circumstances and will contact the other player individually for it IF IT COMES UP.

This is basically a permissions post for people who play with him for both 1 and 2! And if you're okay with 1 please let me know how much you're okay with it; I can handwave it with the powercap so he can only find certain things or can't find anything at all.

You can do whatever with Nightingale, but due to the nature of Kyr, she's going to have vast swathes of her life just plain missing from the pages!

i'm fine with 1 and 2, but like with Nightingale, Sparrow is going to have a lot of blank pages or pages with like a couple sentences.
